Part time Homeowner’s Association Manager Position
Wages $19.31 – $24.00 per hour, DOE
20-32 hours a week, with a minimum of 3 days a week in office and one evening a month
Private Homeowners Association in University Place, WA seeking to fill a part-time administratvie position
The Association Manager functions as the interface between the Beckonridge Homeowners’ Association (BHOA) Board of Trustees and the members and the public for conducting the business of the association. The position reports to the BHOA President of the Board of Trustees.

In search of an individual to meet the following expectations:
- Maintain responsibility for all administrative requirements for the association including workplace compliance
- Manage all correspondence on behalf of the association, its officers and committees
- Receiving and processing inquiries, deliveries, financial reviews, payroll materials, tax materials, forms and applications, real property transactions such as liens, and confidential homeowner information.
- Bonded or bondable professional
- Data entry using computer applications such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and use of other office machines
- Process employee hours for bi-weekly payroll
- Billing/receiving and budgeting
- Be a self-starter and organized; able to work independently
- Experience in working with people, problem solving, and public communications
