The Grounds and Maintenance committee sees that the natural appearance of Beckonridge is maintained in all community areas, in accordance with the overall landscaping plan. All common areas are jointly owned by the homeowners.

The committee works to beautify and maintain the common areas. The committee prepares landscaping specifications for each section of the overall improvement plan, supervises the development and maintenance of the grounds pursuant to the overall plan, and prepares the schedule of activities for a groundskeeper and assistant employed by Beckonridge, to help implement the landscaping and maintenance that is required on all common areas.

The committee meets at 5:30 pm the 1st Thursday of the month.
