Beckonridge Homeowners Association, Inc. was founded on January 7, 1966 as a non-stock, non-profit organization for the purpose of preserving and maintaining the portions of the Beckonridge development dedicated for the common use and enjoyment of all members. By protecting the architectural integrity of the residential area, we promote the health, safety and welfare of the members.
The membership consists of the 264 lot owners who have 262 individual homes through out the community. There are 37 acres of groomed woodland trails for walking and biking. A community building with an attached large heated swimming pool and kiddy pool are centrally located for the use of members and their guests during the swim season. Staffed with lifeguards when open, it is a great asset and source of enjoyment by the members.
Our community is governed by a nine member Board of Trustees and ruled by CCRs and policies with continuity of the community in mind.
