This committee is a means by which the Association tries to insure the continued application of the design principles and covenants provisions of Beckonridge development. The primary concerns of the committee is reviewing requests for approval of additions to houses, patio construction, greenhouses, fences, and other structures; enforcing provisions of Article X of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Plat of Beckonridge

ACC meets at 5:30 pm on the second Wednesday of each month.
