The regular ACC Meeting scheduled for August 4th has been moved to August 11th for this month only. It will be held at the clubhouse. Please wear masks if you are able and observe social distancing.

If you are feeling lost when it comes to using Zoom (a virtual video meeting space), SeniorPlanet.org has some great resources. First start by checking out their “How to” guide here, if you still need help, there is an upcoming training on August 5th that you may find beneficial. Details can be found here. If that time doesn’t work for you click on the “Search” link in the menu bar and search for “Zoom”. You’ll see a list of classes that you can take to learn to navigate this platform. Unfortunately these classes are not listed chronologically and many of them have already passed. You’ll have to scroll through quite a bit to find a date that works. Cheryl Hill has mentioned that the classes on how to host a zoom meeting are still beneficial even if you are only looking to learn how to use it.
BHOA is excited to announce that we have hired Tara Brady as our new part-time Association Manager. Tara recently relocated to the Pacific Northwest from Louisville, KY. She and her family are Beckonridge residents. Tara has experience working with homeowners’ associations and has expert data analysis, organizational and customer service skills. Tara enjoys hiking, good food, and Alabama football (Roll Tide). Tara, her partner and her children enjoy new adventures so if you know of any *must do’s* in the area, let her know.
The board meeting for July will be held outdoors in the pool area. Masks are recommended and please observe social distancing if you plan to attend.
Wages $19.31 – $24.00 per hour, DOE
20-32 hours a week, with a minimum of 3 days a week in office and one evening a month
Private Homeowners Association in University Place, WA seeking to fill a part-time administratvie position
The Association Manager functions as the interface between the Beckonridge Homeowners’ Association (BHOA) Board of Trustees and the members and the public for conducting the business of the association. The position reports to the BHOA President of the Board of Trustees.
