Please don’t forget to let the office know if you will be paying your assessment for 2022 monthly. This can be done via email, mail or calling the office. You must be in good standing as of the end of 2021 (this means that all of 2021 assessment is paid in full). The payment is due by the 15th of each month.
The 2022 assessments are going to be $825. Due to unforeseen issues in the systems, the invoices are a bit delayed going out. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. They will be in the mail by 12/22/21.
Here is some important information about 2022 billing:
Annual amount for 2022 is $825.
If you are in good standing at the end of 2021, you are able to pay monthly. The monthly amount is $68.75.

As long as your account has a valid and current email, you will also receive your invoice from QuickBooks and be able to pay with ACH or card that way.

There will be no Board of Trustees meeting in December. BOT meeting will resume January 20, 2022 at 7 PM. Please remember these meetings are open to all residents and occur every month on the 3rd Thursday.
