About the Committee

The Facilities committee makes recommendations for the development of new facilities. The committee, subject to approval of the Board of Trustees, selects and supervises personnel required to maintain and operate the swimming pool, community building, tennis courts, barbecue pavilion, basketball court and other facilities in park areas. The committee prepares and submits to the Board for approval, rules and regulations for the use of the swimming pool, community building, tennis courts, barbecue pavilion, and park areas. The committee, with approval of the Board, selects and purchases equipment, furniture and fixtures for the above-mentioned facilities as needed.

Meeting Times

The committee meets at 7:00 pm on the 1st Tuesday of the month.
