The easiest way to get a pool membership application is to stop by the office or email me directly and I will reply with the form attached.
There are copies in the lobby and you are welcome to stop by when I am in the office. My hours are Tues/Wed/Thurs 2:00pm to 6:00pm.

Facilities – Thursday, July 6th at 7:00pm – meeting at the pool deck picnic tables
ACC – Thursday July 13th at 5:30pm – meeting at the community building
G&M – Thursday July 13th at 6:45pm – meeting at the community building

The June ACC meeting has been rescheduled to meet earlier this month on Thursday June 6th at 5:30pm instead of June 14th this month. The G&M meeting will meet at 6:15pm instead of 5:30pm on Thursday June 6th.
The annual election of Beckonridge Trustees is scheduled for June 22. Every year we elect 3 new members to the Board of Trustees and three trustees retire. Please consider becoming a board member. Board members are an important asset to your neighborhood. Please Vote. The ballot with nominees for this year’s election is below. Call the office or contact a board member for more details.

Every person or entity who is a record owner of a fee simple or undivided fee interest in any lot subject to assessment by Beckonridge Homeowners Association is a member. Each member is entitled to only one vote regardless of the number of lots the member may own. In the case of multiple ownership of a lot, only one vote may be cast. Members who are in default in the payment of any annual or special assessment levied by the Association or who have had their voting rights suspended by action of the Board for violation of any rules and regulations after notice and hearing are not eligible to vote.
